We zijn op zoek naar een jongeren-consulent PW voor 36 uur per week. In deze functie richt je je op de toeleiding naar de arbeidsmarkt van jongeren tussen de 18 en 27 jaar. Mocht regulier werk niet tot de mogelijkheden behoren dan ga je op zoek naar passende sociale activering.IBN en het programma Young Talent zijn hierbij belangrijke partners.Je werkt samen met de jongeren-consulent die zich meer richt op de rechtmatige verstrekking van een eventuele uitkering in het kader van de Participatiewet.
