Description
HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) inclusive of its executive agency, the Valuation Office Agency (VOA), require the use of a subscription agency to procure access to key subscription services for online newspapers, magazine articles, books, and research tools to carry out their routine day-to-day work. The VOA also requires the agency to organise delivery of physical copies of certain publications to both remote and office locations affiliated with the VOA.
