Description

Předmětem plnění této veřejné zakázky je zpracování návrhu jednoduchých pozemkových úprav (dále jen „JPÚ“) v katastrálním území Naloučany, včetně nezbytných geodetických prací v třídě přesnosti určené pro obnovu katastru nemovitostí vyhláškou č. 357/2013 Sb., o katastru nemovitostí, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. JPÚ Naloučany byly zahájeny dne 16. 12. 2023 na žádost zastupitelstva obce Naloučany na změnu trasy cesty vedoucí podél lesa, v katastru nemovitostí evidovanou jako část parcely KN 1433. V trase cesty se nachází terénní propadlina a v případě deště či povodně se zaplaví vodou a prostor je tak zcela neprůchodný a neprůjezdný. Prostor plní v současné době funkci přirozeného mokřadu. V JPÚ bude parcela cesty navržená tak, aby respektovala ve skutečnosti vyjetou cestu podél řeky Oslavy nebo byla navržena tak, aby vedla nejsušším profilem louky. Současně budou zachovány příjezdové cesty k chatám přiléhajícím k obvodu lokalita Doubrava. Rozsah území je 12 ha.
