Het mede opstellen van plan-kaders en spelregels met betrekking tot rooster, verlof en ziekte meldingen.Het gevraagd en ongevraagd kunnen geven van advies op planmatig en operationeel niveau.Bekend zijn met het planproces en het weten toepassen van een RACI matrix.Een actieve rol kunnen invullen in het vertalen van doelstellingen naar praktische en uitvoerbare operationele uitgangspunten voor het maken van week- en maandroosters.Bereid zijn om mee te draaien in weekend roosters.Bekend zijn en ervaring hebben met de werken en plannen in CoronIT voor het openzetten en beheren van afsprakenagenda?s voor Testen en Vaccineren.De kandidaat dient adhoc wijzigingen in de planning te bespreken met de operatie en aanpassingen te verrichten. Werken met de plansoftware Planbition op deskundig niveau.Contractverlengingen zijn afhankelijk van de opdracht van de overheid.Bij gunning dient de kandidaat een geldige VOG (code 45) in te leveren.
