Juridisch adviseur APV en verordening fysieke leefomgeving 2026
Opdrachtgever: Gemeente Land van Cuijk
In de tweede helft van 2025 is onder stoom en kokend water de APV geactualiseerd en een Verordening Fysieke Leefomgeving (VFL) opgesteld. Daarbij zijn alle artikelen geactualiseerd en is op een beperkt aantal onderdelen een beleidskeuze gemaakt. De gemeente stelt nog voor de verkiezingen van maart 2026 beide nieuwe verordeningen vast. Daarmee zijn we er echter nog niet. Op tal van onderdelen moeten zaken worden uitgezocht, definities worden aangepast, bestaande verordeningen worden gewijzigd en/of ingetrokken, teksten begrijpelijker worden gemaakt en toegelicht. Ook moeten op bestuurlijke keuzes worden gemaakt en voorstellen worden opgesteld en toegelicht ten behoeve van college en gemeenteraad. Daarnaast willen we een regulier werkproces inrichten, waarbij de APV en VFL jaarlijks worden geactualiseerd, zodat de uitvoering, toezicht en handhaving altijd gebaseerd is op actueel beleid en regelgeving.
