Op de afdeling Ruimtelijke Ontwikkeling van de gemeente Oss werken beleidsadviseurs/planologen, stedenbouwkundigen, juridisch adviseurs en stedenbouwkundig tekenaars. De afdeling Ruimtelijke Ontwikkeling bestaat uit twee teams: Stedelijk gebied en Landelijk gebied. In deze teams werken we samen aan het mogelijk maken van ruimtelijke plannen en initiatieven. Vanwege de grote opgaven en het niet kunnen invullen van de vaste formatie zijn we op zoek naar tijdelijke invulling. Wat is je takenpakket? Je stelt op en/of begeleidt van begin tot eind ruimtelijke plannen en daarbij behorende procedures voor complexe (ontwikkel)plannen. Je brengt de juridische aspecten van complexe ruimtelijke vraagstukken in beeld en adviseert over de mogelijkheden aan bestuurders, management en collega?s. Je neemt deel in grote/complexe ruimtelijke ontwikkelingsprojecten. Je beoordeelt en adviseert over meer complexe principeverzoeken/plannen en planschadeverzoeken. Je hebt korte lijnen met het bestuur, waarbij je zelf aan tafel zit over je eigen dossiers. Je beoordeelt zienswijzen en verdedigt meer complexe ruimtelijke besluiten bij de rechter. Alle inschrijvers, inclusief ZZP'ers, worden in overweging genomen. Indien een opdracht aan een ZZP'er wordt gegund, zullen de afspraken worden gemaakt in overeenstemming met de Wet DBA.
