Opdracht Gemeente Waalwijk heeft behoefte aan ondersteuning om een tijdelijk capaciteitstekort op te vangen op het gebied van de aanslagoplegging en bezwaarafhandeling van de gemeentelijke belastingen.Team Het cluster belastingen maakt onderdeel uit van het team vergunningverlening en belastingen leefomgeving (VBL). Dit cluster bestaat naast juridisch medewerkers uit een juridisch adviseur, frontoffice medewerkers, gegevensbeheerders, een BAG beheerder, taxateurs en een co?rdinator. De juridisch medewerker belastingen:verzorgt de aanslagoplegging voor de gemeentelijke belastingen, te weten onroerende zaak belasting (OZB), rioolheffing, afvalstoffenheffing, reinigingsrecht, forensenbelasting, reclamebelasting (BIZ), hondenbelasting, precariobelasting, verblijfsbelasting (toeristenbelasting), leges en havengelden.handelt bezwaarschriften af die binnenkomen op basis van deze opgelegde heffingen.
