Juridisch medewerker vergunningverlening
Opdrachtgever: Gemeente Land van Cuijk
We zijn op zoek naar een juridisch medewerker vergunningverlening vanwege zwangerschaps-vervanging. Deze medewerker komt te werken in een klein team, met 3 (parttime) juridisch adviseurs en een senior. Samen zijn zij verantwoordelijk voor bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures m.b.t. vergunningen op het gebied van Omgevingswet APV en andere bijzondere wetten. Ook geven zij juridisch advies bij het opstellen van beleid en regels. Wat ga je doen? De medewerker vergunningverlening ondersteunt de (senior) juridisch adviseurs en voert onder andere de volgende taken uit: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het complementeren en aanleveren van procesdossiers bij de commissie bezwaarschriften en rechtbank/raad van state. Je houdt overzicht op de binnenkomende zaken en beheert de mailbox van de juristen. Je behandelt zelfstandig WOO-verzoeken. Het zelfstandig afhandelen van legesbezwaren.
