Vanwege toenemende piek in werkzaamheden en een aantal specifieke projecten is de gemeente Waalwijk op zoek naar tijdelijk extra capaciteit als ervaren jurist omgevingsrecht in het ruimtelijk domein. Werkzaamheden/verantwoordelijkheden: Het adviseren over en begeleiden van ruimtelijke procedures voor diverse projecten zoals woningbouwontwikkeling, ontwikkeling bedrijventerrein/haven-gebied, energietransitie en ontwikkeling van tijdelijke opvanglocaties. Het adviseren bij de intaketafel over ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen in de vorm van BOPA-procedures. Advisering op specifieke (beleids)onderwerpen zoals, bindend adviesrecht gemeenteraad en onderdelen van het omgevingsplan. Vertegenwoordiging van de gemeente in bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures over planologische besluiten.
