Schagen zoekt een ervaren jurist/juridische ondersteuning voor 16 uur/week (flexibele afname aantal uren) Kernwoorden: onderhandeling, gebiedsontwikkeling, vastgoed, privaatrecht, tegenwicht Welke werkzaamheden verwachten wij van de kandidaat:De gezochte kandidaat adviseert en begeleid zowel op het gebied van grondzaken in brede zin als in algemeen juridische vraagstukken over vastgoed. treedt in gesprek met het bestuur, directie en projectleiders over de bijkomende juridische vraagstukken bij grondexploitatie. stelt de bijbehorende contracten en documenten op, zoals anterieure overeenkomsten, samenwerkings- en ontwikkelingsovereenkomsten, aan- en verkoopovereenkomsten, huurovereenkomsten en het vestigingen van rechten van opstal. adviseert over de positie bepaling van de gemeente in juridische constellatie, zoals bijvoorbeeld reeds gesloten contracten; adviseert de projectleider over onderhandeling met partijen.behandelt claims ten aanzien van contractanten die hun contractuele verplichtingen niet nakomen. Flexibele inzet: We werken aan veel projecten. De behoefte aan juridische ondersteuning varieert per week afhankelijk van de fase waarin het project zit. Het is een pre als je naar behoefte de uren kunt aanbieden.
