Original language: GermanZiel dieser Ausschreibung ist es, einen leistungsfähigen Partner zu finden, der sowohl die juristische Beratung für die Vorbereitung und Durchführung des europaweiten ÖPP-Vergabeverfahrens für den Neubau des Justizzentrums Siegen übernimmt und anschließend optionale zur weiteren Beratung zur Verfügung steht. Das ÖPP-Mietmodell sieht vor, dass der private Investor als Eigentümer das Grundstück beschafft und bereitstellt, die Immobilie plant, baut und betreibt. Nach Vertragsende bleibt das Objekt beim Investor. Die öffentliche Hand nutzt das Objekt langfristig - ähnlich wie ein Mieter. Bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung des oben beschriebenen Vorhabens bis zum Vertragsschluss mit dem privaten Partner sowie bei der Begleitung der Bauphase bis zur Inbetriebnahme benötigt der AG kompetente juristische Beratung. Der Auftrag erfolgt stufenweise. Näheres sind den Anlagen JVB Nr. 3 Vertrag und JVB Nr. 5 Leistungsbeschreibung zu entnehmen.
