Procurement and delivery of new original and factory-reconditioned spare parts for Meiller superstructures and trailers operated by BKM Nonprofit Zrt to ensure operational capability. For information purposes, MEILLER types: MEILLER RK 20.65; AK 12 MT; AK12 LT; K 18 ZB 5.0 trailer; RS 21.65 The tenderer shall have the option to purchase any spare part listed in Annex 1 (hereinafter referred to as the price list) belonging to the superstructure type. The products/spare parts listed in the price list are specified individually/item by item by article number. The contracting authority accepts spare parts corresponding to the given article numbers or equivalent products. The delivered products/spare parts can be new original factory parts or new factory-reconditioned parts. The contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement up to the framework amount (net HUF 25,000,000) and/or for a period of 24 months as specified in the draft contract. The contracting authority undertakes a 70% call-off obligation. Expected total quantity: 897 pcs (informational quantity). The quantities specified in the price list were determined based on previous usage experience, so-called informational quantities. The informational quantities were provided for the well-founded evaluation of offers; the quantities procured within the framework agreement may differ from these experiential, informational data and quantities. The tenderer must submit its offer knowing the foregoing. Detailed requirements related to the public procurement are included in the Technical Description and the Draft Contract, which form part of the public procurement documents.
