K2568 Purchase and servicing of a lawnmower

BKM Nonprofit Zrt. wishes to purchase 1 lawnmower with a collection bin under a purchase agreement with a service component. The tenderer's task is to deliver, unload, and commission 1 lawnmower with a collection bin, equipped with the specifications and mandatory equipment detailed in the Technical Specification and the Professional Offer (Appendix No. 1/b), perform operational and functional tests, hand over the accompanying documentation, and provide training on the use and operation of the lawnmower. The tenderer is also responsible for performing periodic, mandatory servicing tasks during the 24-month warranty period, including providing the necessary materials/parts, including wear and tear parts, oil changes, and other parts according to manufacturer specifications, for 24 months. The primary function of the lawnmower is to cut regularly maintained green areas and collect the cut grass in one pass. The lawnmower should be equipped with turf-friendly tires. It should be powered by a water-cooled diesel engine and equipped with a hydraulic transmission. The collection bin capacity should be at least 900 liters. The mower deck should be front-mounted, and grass should be fed into the collection bin directly from the center or edge of the deck. The expected operating hours of the lawnmower are 600 operating hours/year. The offered lawnmower must be brand new, manufactured after July 2024, and must not have been put into operation after factory assembly. Delivery and commissioning will take place at the contracting authority's site at 1106 Budapest, Keresztúri út 130. A precise description of the machine to be supplied by the tenderer and the tasks to be performed during delivery is included in the technical specification, the draft contract, and the professional offer form (Appendix No. 1/b) attached to the procurement documents. The professional offer (Appendix No. 1/b) must state the exact manufacturer and model name of the offered lawnmower. The expected warranty period for the machine is 24 months, including servicing during the warranty period (oil changes, replacement of wear and tear parts, and other parts to be replaced according to manufacturer specifications). The tenderer must provide the net monthly lump sum service fee in the Price Table (Appendix No. 1/a) (which includes the labor costs for periodic, mandatory servicing during the 24-month service period, the cost of necessary materials/parts, including oil, wear and tear parts, other parts to be replaced according to manufacturer specifications, and labor costs, as well as the transport costs to and from the tenderer's site if the lawnmower servicing takes place there). Documents to be handed over during and after the acceptance procedure: 1. EC Declaration of Conformity: from the manufacturer of the equipment, in Hungarian (or in the original language, with a Hungarian translation). 2. Operating and maintenance manual in Hungarian for the offered machine/model, electronic format is also acceptable. 3. All original documents, or equivalent copies, for the machine. 4. Warranty booklet and/or guarantee booklet and/or warranty certificate. 5. Factory parts catalog for the offered model in printed form, or on electronic media (online free access to the parts catalog is also acceptable).

6. The list of the equipment's wear and tear parts (not covered by warranty obligation) must be clearly indicated in printed form or on electronic media (online free access is also acceptable) or in the factory parts catalog. The exact technical parameters and requirements of the lawnmower are detailed in the professional offer form (Appendix No. 1/b).
