Type of service: Construction of a cycle path/and a bridge along the K315 between Frielingen and Otternhagen Scope of service: The construction project includes the conversion/new construction of a cycle path along the Kreisstraße 315 (K315) between the towns of Frielingen in the city of Garbsen and Otternhagen in the city of Neustadt am Rübenberge (Neustadt a. Rbge.) in the Hannover region, as well as the installation of a traffic light system in front of the primary school in Otternhagen.
