Tarjouspyynnön kohteena on vaihtomattopalvelun toimittaminen tilaajan määrittelemiin toimituskohteisiin tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Toimitusosoitteet on lueteltu liitteessä Vaihtomattojen toimitusosoitteet.
Mattomäärät, -koot ja vaihtovälit on ilmoitettu liitteessä Tarjouslomake. Ne on ilmoitettu nykyisen ja arvioidun tulevan tilanteen mukaan, mutta ne voivat muuttua sopimuskauden aikana. Asiakas ei sitoudu ilmoitettuihin määriin, kokoihin tai vaihtoväleihin, vaan palveluiden käyttöä on voitava tarpeen mukaan muuttaa.
