Deze inhuuropdracht is ook geschikt voor een ZZP-er in het kader van de wet DBA. De gemeente Veldhoven heeft met het Rijk en regio afspraken gemaakt over de bereikbaarheid in de Brainportregio. Een van de afspraken houdt in dat er een HOV verbinding komt tussen Eindhoven, Hightech Campus en bedrijventerrein De Run in Veldhoven (Ontwikkelas Zuidwest HOV4 trac?). Als K&L-coordinator ben je het aanspreekpunt voor (NUTS) bedrijven en externe stakeholders voor HOV4. Hierbij begeleid en co?rdineer je alle K&L-werkzaamheden binnen het project. hierbij regisseer je alle K&L werkzaamheden mbt HOV4-gemeente Veldhoven, waarbij je zoekt naar kansen, trekt gezamenlijk op en zoekt naar oplossingen van eventuele knelpunten Je taken bestaan o.a. uit: Adviseren over risico's, planning en kosten Initi?ren en voorzitten van nutsoverleggen met betrokken partijen in zowel de ontwerp- als uitvoeringsfasen Het co?rdineren van verleggingen en nadeelcompensatie met stakeholders, opdrachtgevers en grondeigenaren; Bijdragen aan knelpuntenanalyses, ontwerp, realisatie en revisie van Kabels en Leidingen; Adviseren en mede opstellen van verleggings- en werkplannen Adviseren en mede opstellen van projectovereenkomsten en specificatie Afhandelen vergunningsaanvragen en instemmingen Toepassing van relevante normen en regelgeving
