Procurement of Potassium Permanganate

Part 1 Procurement of Potassium Permanganate ÉRV. Zrt., as the central procurement body designated under Section 32 (1)-(2) of the Public Procurement Act (Kbt.) and also the Contracting Authority, is launching a public procurement procedure for the procurement of drinking water chemicals within the framework established by the participation phase initiated by the participation call with identifier 2024/S 208-645628 (EKR001793532024), in accordance with Section 107 (7) of the Kbt., as follows: Procurement of drinking water chemicals through a framework purchase agreement for a period of 12 months from the entry into force of the contract, as detailed in the Technical Specification attached to the public procurement documents and in the "Delivery Data - Drinking Water Chemical" table. The subject of this public procurement is: Procurement of Potassium Permanganate (base quantity + option) for the contracting authority Soproni Vízmű Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság. The framework purchase agreement will be concluded by Soproni Vízmű Zrt. with the winning bidder. The Contracting Authority undertakes to order the base quantity, which is 600 kg of Potassium Permanganate (base quantity). Optional quantity: 30% of the quantities indicated above, i.e., 180 kg of Potassium Permanganate. The Contracting Authority may extend the term of the contract for an additional three months on one occasion. The Contracting Authority draws attention to the fact that the typical delivery quantity and delivery frequency are provided for informational purposes only. The Contracting Authority will conclude the framework agreement with one bidder and will carry out procurements under the framework agreement through individual orders, and will specify the exact quantity in the individual order.
