1. rész Kálium-permanganát beszerzése Az ÉRV. Zrt. mint a Kbt. 32. § (1)-(2) bekezdés alapján kijelölt központi beszerző szerv és egyben Ajánlatkérő Ivóvízvegyszerek beszerzésére a 2024/S 208-645628 (EKR001793532024) azonosítószámú részvételi felhívással indított részvételi szakasz eredményeként létrehozott DBR keretében a Kbt. 107. § (7) bekezdése alapján az alábbi közbeszerzése megvalósítása érdekében közbeszerzési eljárást indít az alábbiak szerint: Ivóvíz vegyszerek beszerzése adásvételi keretszerződés keretében a szerződés hatálybalépésétől számított 12 hónapos időszakra vonatkozóan, a közbeszerzési dokumentumok mellékletét képező Műszaki leírásban és az „Szállítási adatok-Ivóvíz vegyszer” táblázatban részletezettek szerint. Jelen közbeszerzés tárgya: Kálium-permanganát (alapmennyiség + opció) beszerzése a Soproni Vízmű Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság ajánlatkérő részére. Az adásvételi keretszerződést a Soproni Vízmű Zrt. fogja megkötni a nyertes ajánlattevővel. Ajánlatkérő az alapmennyiség lehívására kötelezettséget vállal. amely Kálium-permanganát 600 kg (alapmennyiség) Opciós mennyiség: a fent jelzett mennyiségek 30%-a. azaz, Kálium-permanganát 180 kg Ajánlatkérő a szerződés hatályát egy alkalommal további három hónapra meghosszabbíthatja.
