A training day means training lasting 8 hours. On-the-job training is conducted in Croatian, on the delivered equipment, in the Contracting Authority's service area. The Seller is obliged to issue the Contracting Authority's employees with appropriate certificates/confirmations/verifications of acquired competencies. After the employees' training is completed, the Contracting Authority will issue the Seller with an appropriate confirmation. Warranty: For all delivered equipment – a warranty period of at least 24 months, or longer, depending on the offered warranty period within the criteria for selecting the economically most advantageous offer. The Seller is obliged to eliminate all defects of the subject of the Contract within the warranty period. The warranty period includes the organization and all possible costs of periodic maintenance within the warranty period if such maintenance is a condition for the warranty period, including the replacement of consumables and spare parts, except in cases where the malfunction is due to the fault of the Contracting Authority. Service: Response time of the authorized service for all delivered equipment from the day of notification of a defect during the warranty period: response time to the location where the equipment is located no later than 3 PM the next working day. Guaranteed service time of the authorized service during the warranty period: the maximum duration of authorized service is 1 (one) month in case of a major fault, or a maximum of 7 (seven) days in case of a minor fault or provision of replacement equipment. A major fault is defined as the impossibility of normal equipment functionality. A minor fault is defined as impaired equipment functionality. Spare parts: For all delivered equipment: The bidder is obliged to offer goods from a manufacturer who will provide spare parts for all delivered equipment for at least 10 years from the date of signing the acceptance report.
