Für das Projekt «Mehrzweckgebäude 1. und 2. Etappe» der thurmed Immobilien AG wurde durch ein Planungsteam das Bauprojekt für die 1. Etappe sowie das Vorprojekt für die 2. Etappe erarbeitet. Das Baugesuch für die erste Etappe wurde im März 2026 eingereicht, die Baubewilligung wird bis Sommer 2026 erwartet. Ziel der vorliegenden Submission ist die Beauftragung eines Totalunternehmers für Planung und Realisierung in einem offenen, nicht-anonymen Verfahren. Damit soll ein durchgängiger, kooperativer Planungs- und Ausführungsprozess mit hoher Kosten- und Terminsicherheit sowie minimierten Risiken sichergestellt werden.
