The contracting authority wishes to commission the construction of the buildings for the "Science and Innovation Park" project planned on a plot of 42,024 m2, based on the construction documentation – industrial halls and laboratory buildings related to research and development – in Kaposvár. The scope of work for the successful bidder also includes tasks related to obtaining the occupancy permit and commissioning support. The construction project will create the following buildings: Building "A" (mechanical engineering hall): In the laboratories, prototype designs for mechanical engineering will be created, which will then be manufactured in the hall space using CNC milling machines. In the hall space with a net floor area of 1083 m2, vehicles and their components will be assembled and tested, and large machines suitable for hard plastic and metal processing will be operated.
