TICKETS FOR CABLE CAR TRANSPORT AND PARKING TICKETS IN THE SLJEME CABLE CAR GARAGE

The tickets that are the subject of this procurement are used for charging for Sljeme Cable Car transport services and parking services in the garage which is part of the Sljeme Cable Car Lower Station facility. At the new Sljeme Cable Car facility, before its commissioning, equipment with associated software for the automatic system of charging for transport and parking was installed by the company AXSES AG. In the installed automatic charging system, the following are issued and sold: • paper single-use tickets and contactless chip PVC cards for cable car transport at points of sale • printed tickets for cable car transport via ticket machines located in the garage and cable car facilities • printed tickets for parking services via self-service machines in the garage. The Contracting Authority will provide the selected bidder, after signing the framework agreement, within a maximum of 7 (seven) days, for the production of the subject of procurement: • Contracting Authority's logo • design guidelines (design elements) for the production of paper transport tickets and contactless chip PVC cards. The selected bidder is obliged to use the Contracting Authority's logo and design elements for the production of tickets/cards only for the purpose of producing the subject of procurement and may not transfer them to third parties without the written consent of the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority may request a change in the design of paper single-use tickets and contactless chip PVC cards for cable car transport services during the term of the framework agreement. The selected bidder should be able to prepare contactless chip PVC cards for use in the automatic charging system manufactured by AXESS AG using program code, i.e., the memory space on the card must be divided / segmented according to the requirements of the existing system for selling and controlling tickets on the Sljeme Cable Car. The contactless chip PVC card must contain a graphic design in the form of a QR code that directs to the web shop and a WTP number that corresponds to the ID number of the RFID chip itself. The entire front of the contactless chip PVC card should be covered with a transparent ThermoReWrite film – so that the print can be completely erased in the Thermo ReWrite process and re-marked. The paper single-use ticket is a specially designed ticket on which an encoded record is printed via an Axess printer, which serves to connect the entrance and exit ramps for entering the cable car cabins with other automatic transport and parking charging systems at the Sljeme Cable Car. On the paper single-use ticket, a thermal zone (Thermal print area) is specially designed in the area intended for printing the encoded record. The ticket dimensions and the positions of the thermal zones must be fully compatible with the Axess ticket printer so that the encoded record is of high quality and readable by other devices. Thermal rolls for printing tickets on self-service machines and ticket machines should be specially designed for use on Axess self-service machines and ticket machines. The dimensions and fittings for installation in self-service devices and ticket machines must comply with the manufacturer's instructions.
