Facial and mandibular osteosynthesis materials HUS Group requested offers for facial and mandibular osteosynthesis materials. The products included in the procurement are described in more detail in Appendix 2 Price and Product Form of the request for proposals. The procurement was divided into parts as follows: 1. Facial fractures and bony reconstructions product family 2. Pediatric CMF plates, resorbable 3. Orthognathic plates 4. Neurosurgical cranial fixation materials A list of the products to be tendered, with their product groupings and specifications, is attached as Appendix 2 to the request for proposals. The offered products must comply with the unconditional requirements and specifications set out in Appendix 2 Price and Product Form and other tender request materials. The tenderer must prove the compliance of its products in writing upon request. During the contract period, products belonging to the product groups covered by the contract, which are not specified in the product appendix, may also be procured in accordance with the estimated value of the procurement (see draft procurement contract). The contract period is two (2) years fixed-term. It can be extended by an optional period of 1 + 1 years. This is a joint procurement of several procuring entities, carried out as a procurement ring. The products requested in this request for proposals will be used by: HUS Group (HUS), South Karelia Social and Health Care District, and Päijät-Häme Social and Health Care Joint Authority. See more detailed information in Appendix 1 Procurement Contract of the request for proposals. The estimated total value of the procurement (VAT 0%) is approximately EUR 1,580,000. This is an estimate, and the procuring entity does not commit to the stated euro amounts and the actual consumption volumes indicated in the request for proposals. Final order volumes may be higher or lower than indicated. The subject of the procurement and the requirements related to it are described in detail in the request for proposals and its appendices. The accelerated procedure according to Section 57 of the Procurement Act is used in the procurement for the following reasons: the time limits for open and restricted procedures, as well as negotiated procedures, may be shortened if compliance with the time limits in these procedures is practically impossible due to the duly justified urgency of the procuring entity.
