Cadastral Maintenance of the Cycling Network 2026-2029
About This Opportunity
TranslatedThis tender is for the cadastral maintenance of the North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) cycling network (Radverkehrsnetz NRW - RVN NRW) for the period 2026-2029. Changes within the NRW cycling network and new developments that intersect or utilize the existing network necessitate adjustments to signage and potentially route alignments. Examples of such changes include rerouting due to new cycling infrastructure, changes in road cross-sections, the integration of disused railway lines, or urban redevelopment. The tender also covers the integration of regional and municipal cycling networks into the overarching NRW system, including the incorporation of junction networks and new themed routes. Furthermore, it involves the inclusion of routes outside the primary NRW network, such as municipal and district networks, and routes along federal and state roads, as well as disused railway lines. The core task is to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the cycling network's cadastral data, reflecting all physical and planned modifications to maintain an up-to-date and functional cycling infrastructure map for NRW.
