Category no. 1 – Performance of construction supervision activities with a professional focus on "Surface structures (ground structures)"

The contracting authority is establishing a dynamic purchasing system that will be used for awarding individual contracts for the provision of services, specifically the performance of investor's construction supervision activities, whereby this dynamic purchasing system is divided by the contracting authority into 2 categories, specifically: Category no. 1 – Performance of construction supervision activities with a professional focus on "Surface structures (ground structures)" Category no. 2 - Performance of construction supervision activities with a professional focus on "Civil engineering structures (transport structures, bridges, and tunnels)" The contracting authority acts within this DPS as a central procurement organization within the meaning of § 15 of the Public Procurement Act (ZVO), for the following group of entities: - Banskobystrická regionálna správa ciest, a.s., IČO: 36 836 567 (and its centers), - DEVELOPMENT AGENCY of the Banská Bystrica Self-Governing Region, n.o., IČO: 51 744 422, - legal entities founded or established by the contracting authority for a special purpose of fulfilling general interest needs that are not industrial or commercial in nature and are fully or mostly financed by the contracting authority, are controlled by the contracting authority, or the contracting authority appoints or elects more than half of the members of their management or control bodies (especially organizations within the scope of the contracting authority's establishment). For the purposes of the ZVO, the entities are identified as contracting authorities according to § 7 para. 1 letter d) of the ZVO. Contracts concluded based on this DPS will be performed on the territory of the Banská Bystrica Region. The exact specification of the subject of individual contracts will be stated in the relevant Invitation to Submit Offers within the awarding of a specific contract. In general, the contracting authority will require the presence of construction supervision on the construction site, which will be further specified in the relevant invitation. In the event that a specific contract is co-financed from funds within the European Union funds, the invitation to submit offers will also contain information about the conditions of the financial resources provider. The specific scope of the subject of individual contracts, as well as their detailed specification, will be part of the individual invitations within the established DPS, which will be sent to all qualified interested parties via the JOSEPHINE system. The duration/length of the DPS is defined from the date of its establishment for 48 months, or until the estimated value of the relevant DPS is exhausted, in the case of all categories, whichever occurs first.
