Category no. 1 – Construction supervision services with a professional focus on "Earthworks (ground structures)"

The subject of the public procurement is the provision of services, specifically the performance of activities related to construction and technical supervision for the needs of the contracting authority as the client of construction works, in accordance with Annex No. 2 to the Contract Draft for the performance of construction supervision of these tender documents for the construction titled: "Renovation of the sports complex at the Ľudovít Štúr Gymnasium in Zvolen - 1". The contractor of the construction will be selected based on the results of the public tender titled: "Renovation of the sports complex at the Ľudovít Štúr Gymnasium in Zvolen - 1" announced in the Public Procurement Bulletin No. 27/2025 on 07.02.2025 under announcement no. 2763-WYP. The tender documents, including the project documentation for the contract titled: "Renovation of the sports complex at the Ľudovít Štúr Gymnasium in Zvolen - 1", are published at the following URL address of the electronic public procurement platform: Search for Contracts - ÚVO. The place of performance of the subject of the contract is further specified and published at the following URL address of the electronic public procurement platform: Search for Contracts - ÚVO. The duration of the construction and technical supervision will be from the handover of the construction site by the contractor until the final approval of the construction, or until the proper fulfillment of all activities and obligations in accordance with Annex No. 2 to the Contract Draft for the performance of construction supervision of these tender documents. The result of the public procurement will be the conclusion of a Contract for Construction Supervision between the contracting authority and the successful bidder. The contract becomes valid on the date of its signing by authorized representatives of the contracting parties and effective on the day following the publication of the contract in the Central Register of Contracts /www.crz.gov.sk/ and in accordance with § 47a para. 1 of Act No. 40/1964 Coll. Civil Code, as amended, in conjunction with § 5a of Act No. 211/2000 Coll. on free access to information and on amendments and supplements to certain acts (Freedom of Information Act), as amended, but not earlier than the Contract with the construction contractor becomes effective. The bidder undertakes to tolerate the performance of control/audit/verification by authorized persons entrusted with the performance of control/audit/verification related to the subject of this contract and to provide them with all necessary cooperation, for the period resulting from applicable regulations. Authorized persons for control/audit/verification include, in particular: a) Managing or intermediary body, b) Certification body, c) Paying Unit, d) control/audit bodies of the Slovak Republic – audit and control section of the Ministry of Finance, cooperating bodies, National Control Office, Public Procurement Office, etc., e) European Court of Auditors, f) audit bodies of the European Commission, g) external audit firms entrusted with auditing by the European Commission or the Slovak Republic. All costs and other work directly or indirectly related to the provision of the service must be included in the total price. The proposed contract price must be specified as maximum and fixed. The price must not change during the term of the contractual relationship. Any other changes may only be made by written agreement of both contracting parties. The contracting authority reserves the right not to accept an offer that exceeds the amount of financial resources allocated for the given purpose.
