Category no. 1 – Performance of construction supervision activities with a professional focus on "Ground-based structures (ground-based structures)"

The subject of the public procurement is the provision of a service, specifically the performance of activities related to the performance of construction and technical supervision for the needs of the contracting authority as the client of construction works in accordance with Annex no. 2 to the General Conditions of the Contract for the performance of construction supervision of this tender documentation for the construction titled: "Educational center in Rimavská Sobota - construction works". The contractor of the construction was selected based on the results of the public tender titled: "Educational center in Rimavská Sobota - construction works", which was announced in the Public Procurement Bulletin no. 204/2025 on 10/09/2025 under ref. no. 16104 - MSP – identifier -1370535 and in the EU Official Journal OJ S 193/2025 10/08/2025 no. 660693-2025. The tender documents, including the project documentation for the contract titled: "Educational center in Rimavská Sobota - construction works", are published at the following URL of the electronic system JOSEPHINE: https://josephine.proebiz.com/sk/tender/71221/summary The place of performance of the subject of the contract is further specified and published at the following URL of the electronic system JOSEPHINE: https://josephine.proebiz.com/sk/tender/71221/summary The construction and technical supervisor will be responsible for handing over the construction site to the contractor, controlling the construction schedule, controlling the construction log, controlling the compliance of the constructed building with the project documentation, controlling the quality of construction work, organizing the handover and acceptance of the construction, controlling the removal of defects and deficiencies, preparing documents for the approval process, preparing regular reports and submitting them to the contracting authority, and other duties in accordance with the annexes in the tender documents. The duration of the construction and technical supervision will be from the handover of the construction site to the contractor until the approval of the construction, or until the proper fulfillment of all activities and obligations in accordance with Annex no. 2 to the General Conditions of the Contract for the performance of construction supervision in the tender documents. The result of the public procurement will be the conclusion of a Contract for the performance of Construction Supervision between the contracting authority and the successful bidder. All costs and other works directly or indirectly related to the provision of the service must be included in the total price. The proposed contract price must be specified as maximum and fixed. The price must not change during the term of the contractual relationship. Any other changes may only be made by written agreement of both contracting parties. The contracting authority reserves the right not to accept an offer that exceeds the amount of funds allocated for the given purpose. The minimum requirements for the subject of the contract set by the contracting authority, as well as the detailed definition of the subject of the contract, are stated in the individual annexes in the tender documents.
