Category no. 2 - Performance of construction supervision activities with a professional focus on 'Engineering structures (transport structures, bridges and tunnels)'

The subject of the public procurement is the provision of services, specifically the performance of activities related to construction and technical supervision for the needs of the contracting authority as the client of construction works within the meaning of Annex no. 2 to the SP Contract for the performance of construction supervision of these tender documents for the construction titled: 'Construction of the connection of roads III/2415, III/2416 – Pršianska terasa'. The contractor of the construction will be selected based on the results of the public tender titled: 'Construction of the connection of roads III/2415, III/2416 – Pršianska terasa' announced in the Public Procurement Bulletin no. 144/2024 dated 25.07.2024 under announcement ref. 18174-MSP and in the EU Official Journal OJ S 143/2024 of 24.07.2024 under announcement no. 443426-2024. The tender documents, including the project documentation for the contract titled: 'Construction of the connection of roads III/2415, III/2416 – Pršianska terasa', are published at the following URL of the electronic system JOSEPHINE: https://josephine.proebiz.com/sk/tender/58395/summary The place of performance of the subject of the contract is further specified and published at the following URL of the electronic system JOSEPHINE: https://josephine.proebiz.com/sk/tender/58395/summary The construction and technical supervisor will be responsible for handing over the construction site to the contractor, monitoring the construction schedule, reviewing the construction log, checking the compliance of the constructed building with the project documentation, monitoring the quality of construction works, organizing the handover and acceptance of the construction, checking the defects and shortcomings to be rectified, preparing documents for the approval process, preparing regular reports and submitting them to the contracting authority, and other duties in accordance with the annexes to the tender documents. The duration of the construction and technical supervision will be from the handover of the construction site to the contractor until the final approval of the construction, or until the proper fulfillment of all activities and obligations in accordance with Annex no. 2 to the SP Contract for the performance of construction supervision SP. The result of the public procurement will be the conclusion of a Contract for the performance of Construction Supervision between the contracting authority and the successful bidder. The contract becomes valid upon its signing by the authorized representatives of the contracting parties and effective from the day following the publication of the contract in the Central Register of Contracts /www.crz.gov.sk/ and in accordance with § 47a para. 1 of Act no. 40/1964 Coll. Civil Code as amended, in conjunction with § 5a of Act no. 211/2000 Coll. on free access to information and on amendments and supplements to certain acts (Freedom of Information Act) as amended, but not earlier than the Contract with the construction contractor becomes effective. All costs and other works directly and indirectly related to the provision of the service must be included in the total price. The proposed contract price must be specified as maximum and fixed. The price must not change during the term of the contractual relationship. Any other changes may only be made by written agreement of both contracting parties. The contracting authority reserves the right not to accept an offer that exceeds the financial resources allocated for the given purpose. The minimum requirements for the subject of the contract set by the contracting authority, as well as the detailed definition of the subject of the contract, are stated in the individual annexes to the tender documents.
