The subject of the public procurement is the provision of services, specifically the performance of activities related to construction and technical supervision for the public procurer as the contracting authority for construction works, in accordance with Annex no. 2 to the General Conditions of the Contract for the performance of construction supervision within these tender documents for the construction titled: "Reconstruction of class III roads (road surface repair and related works) within the scope of BBSK - selected road sections in the districts of Detva, Poltár, Rimavská Sobota, Veľký Krtíš, Banská Štiavnica, Zvolen, Žarnovica and Žiar nad Hronom" (Call no. 5)". The contractor of the construction will be selected based on the result of the partial order/Call for proposals titled: "Reconstruction of class III roads (road surface repair and related works) within the scope of BBSK - selected road sections in the districts of Detva, Poltár, Rimavská Sobota, Veľký Krtíš, Banská Štiavnica, Zvolen, Žarnovica and Žiar nad Hronom" (Call no. 5)", which was sent on 22.06.2026 to all included bidders, and thus specifically based on a restricted procedure within the established dynamic purchasing system titled: "Repairs and reconstructions of road communications owned by the Banská Bystrica Self-Governing Region and related works", which was announced in the Public Procurement Bulletin no. 120/2025 on 17.06.2025 under ref. no. 9852 - MUP and in the Official Journal OJ S 113/2025 16/06/2025 387410-2025. The tender documents for the order titled: "Reconstruction of class III roads (road surface repair and related works) within the scope of BBSK - selected road sections in the districts of Detva, Poltár, Rimavská Sobota, Veľký Krtíš, Banská Štiavnica, Zvolen, Žarnovica and Žiar nad Hronom" (Call no. 5)" are published at the following URL of the electronic system JOSEPHINE: https://josephine.proebiz.com/sk/tender/77956/summary The place of performance of the subject of the order is further specified and published at the following URL of the electronic system JOSEPHINE: https://josephine.proebiz.com/sk/tender/77956/summary The construction and technical supervision will be responsible for handing over the construction site to the contractor, monitoring the construction schedule, checking the construction log, verifying the compliance of the constructed building with the feasibility study, monitoring the quality of construction works, organizing the handover and acceptance of the construction, checking the removal of defects and deficiencies, preparing documents for the occupancy permit procedure, preparing regular reports and submitting them to the contracting authority, and other duties in accordance with the annexes to these tender documents. The duration of the construction and technical supervision will be from the handover of the construction site to the contractor until the occupancy permit of the construction, or until the proper fulfillment of all activities and obligations in accordance with Annex no. 2 to the General Conditions of the Contract for the performance of construction supervision in the tender documents. The result of the public procurement will be the conclusion of a Contract for the performance of Construction Supervision between the public procurer and the successful bidder. All costs and other works directly and indirectly related to the provision of the service must be included in the total price. The proposed contract price must be specified as maximum and fixed. The price must not change during the term of the contractual relationship. Any other changes may only be made by written agreement of both contracting parties. The public procurer reserves the right not to accept an offer that exceeds the amount of funds allocated for the given purpose. The minimum requirements for the subject of the order set by the public procurer, as well as the detailed definition of the subject of the order, are listed in the individual annexes to the tender documents.
