Purchase and delivery of sports equipment and other loose furnishings for the gymnasium of the Gesamtschule Peter-Joseph-Lenné (38)

Delivery specifications: The gymnasium of the Gesamtschule Peter-Joseph-Lenné (38) is located on the second floor of a multi-purpose building, which is currently under construction and will have the same address as the comprehensive school: Humboldtring 17, 14473 Potsdam. The gymnasium will also be used by the Grundschule am Humboldtring (37). The building is being constructed on a construction plot on the northern edge of the school grounds of the dual school 37/38. The school grounds are located on Lotte-Pulewka-Straße and Humboldtring. The main access to the grounds is at the north-western corner of the property, Humboldtring. Access to the new building after completion will be via the main access road to the school grounds on Humboldtring through the existing or newly laid schoolyard. For the construction measure, an access road from Humboldtring will be created on the west side of the construction plot. The street Humboldtring is very narrow in this area (residential street) and is a dead end. During construction work, traffic on the public road must not be restricted. Free access to all residential buildings, for fire brigade operations, and to the actual construction site must always be ensured. The gatehouse in this area serves exclusively as access (passage width max. 6.00 m). At the end of the construction period of the multi-purpose building, the open spaces will be created. This may mean that the construction site access is no longer accessible or only accessible with restrictions. In this case, delivery must take place via the schoolyard. The gymnasium can be reached via two staircases and an elevator (cabin dimensions approx. 1.00 x 2.00 m; elevator door opening approx. 0.9 x 2.10 m). The clear door dimensions for bringing the delivery into the gymnasium or into the equipment rooms are: Passage when entering through the 2-leaf exterior door on the ground floor: approx. W 1.50 m x H 2.10 m. (When entering through the vestibule, there is only a 1-leaf door with a clear passage: approx. W 1.20 m x H 2.10 m). 2-leaf staircase door on the first floor: approx. W 1.55 m x H 2.05 m 2-leaf gymnasium doors on the first floor: approx. W 1.55 m x H 2.25 m Equipment room doors in the gymnasium: approx. W 1.80 m x H 2.15 m. The building is expected to be completed at the end of April 2026. Delivery must take place within 14 weeks of the award of the contract at the latest. In principle, delivery is possible from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. Exceptions are possible if, with the consent and prior telephone arrangement with the headmaster, a different delivery time has been agreed. A complete delivery is assumed. Partial deliveries are only permitted if they have been agreed in advance. The contractor must take all necessary measures to ensure that there is no soiling or damage to the deliveries or adjacent building components. Should this be the case, they will be attributed to the perpetrator and deducted from the invoice. Furthermore, any soiling or damage must be reported immediately to the contact person at the institution. Deliveries are always made at the contractor's expense and risk. Breakage is also at their expense. If packaging and waste materials arise, they must be removed immediately and free of charge for the contracting authority and disposed of properly. All contractor personnel deployed on site must be able to communicate in German in order to be able to follow possible instructions on site if necessary.
