Original language: ltPerkančioji organizacija numato įsigyti Kauno miesto susisiekimo komunikacijų remonto ir rekonstrukcijos darbus (Aleksoto, Panemunės – Šančių, Šilainių, Vilijampolės ir Žemosios Fredos seniūnijose). Perkančioji organizacija, vykdydama šį viešąjį pirkimą, numato sudaryti preliminariąją pirkimo sutartį su 3 (trimis) (arba mažiau nei su 3 (trimis), jeigu konkursą laimėjusiais tiekėjais pripažįstami mažiau nei 3 (trys)) tiekėjais, kurios pagrindu su šią sutartį sudariusiais tiekėjais bus sudaromos pagrindinės susisiekimo komunikacijų remonto ir rekonstrukcijos darbų pirkimo sutartys. Preliminarioji sutartis bus vykdoma atnaujinant tiekėjų varžymąsi (atnaujinto varžymosi procedūra gali būti nevykdoma tuo atveju, jeigu Preliminarioji sutartis sudaryta tik su vienu Tiekėju ir nėra būtinybės įsigyti Tinkamam Darbų įvykdymui būtinų atlikti darbų). Konkrečius reikalavimus ir techninę dokumentaciją (darbų apibūdinimas, jų kiekiai, darbų vietos ir pan.) konkrečiai pagrindinei sutarčiai Užsakovas pateiks pagal poreikį.
