Kavels SUV project DUIN Almere Opdrachtgever: Gemeente Almere De gemeente Almere zoekt een marktpartij die zorgdraagt voor het totaalontwerp, de realisatie van het vastgoed en de openbare ruimte voor de kavels S, U en V in Almere DUIN (Kop Zuid). De opgave omvat de ontwikkeling van drie woongebouwen met maximaal 300 appartementen, een verdiepte parkeergarage en de aanleg van het duinlandschap op de garage. Het programma omvat minimaal 90 middenhuur appartementen, aangevuld met appartementen in de vrije sector koop.
