Tuomi Logistiikka Oy pyysi Tampereen kaupungin liikunnan ja nuorison palveluryhmän toimeksiannosta tarjouksia otsikossa mainitusta kokonaisuudesta tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankinnan kohteena oli käyttöoikeussopimus Tesoman uimahallin ja jäähallin kassa- ja kahvilapalveluista tilaajan tarjoamia resursseja hyödyntäen. Hankintaa ei oltu jaettu osiin.
