KE, Modernization of MET tram lines in the city of Košice, 2nd stage, UČS 16

The subject of the order is the construction of the "KE, Modernization of MET tram lines in the city of Košice, 2nd stage, UČS 16" as further defined in the contract conditions and its annexes. The subject of the order is divided into individual construction objects (SO) and operational sets (PS) in accordance with the project documentation, which forms an annex to the contract for work. A detailed definition, scope and technical solution of individual construction objects and operational sets are given in the project documentation and other documents of the contracting authority (hereinafter referred to as the "subject of the order"). The result of the Public Procurement will be a Contract for Work concluded according to the provisions of § 536 et seq. of Act No. 513/1991 Coll., the Commercial Code in its current wording, between the successful bidder (contractor) and the Contracting Authority (client) (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract"). The content of the Contract will correspond to the conditions set out in the tender documents and the offer of the successful bidder. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including the requirements for the execution of the work, is provided in the draft Contract for Work and its annexes. The deadline for the execution of the subject of the order is 395 calendar days from the start of work, with the start of work being determined in accordance with the terms of the Contract for Work. Place of performance of the subject of the order: city of Košice, Slovak Republic, specifically the construction site defined by the project documentation and the contracting authority's documents. In accordance with § 38 par. 4 ZVO, the contracting authority requires that the following essential tasks be performed directly by the bidder or a member of the supplier group with their own personnel and technical capacities: 1. track work a) SO 16-05-01 - TÚ crossing.
