The Contracting Authority intends to conclude a framework agreement with a total net value of HUF 1,840,000,000 (with a total drawdown obligation of HUF 1,288,000,000) for the rental of the following machines necessary for earthworks required for the maintenance of railway tracks and associated buildings and structures on railway lines and areas belonging to certain parts of Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok county, Hajdú-Bihar county, Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg county, Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén county, Heves county, owned, operated, used, and managed by MÁV Pályaműködtetési Zrt. The service also includes providing operating personnel for the listed machines. - 4 rubber-tired excavators (with special attachments listed in the technical description); - 4 rubber-tired backhoe loaders (with special attachments listed in the technical description); - 4 crawler excavators (with special attachments listed in the technical description); - 6 two-way excavators (with special attachments listed in the technical description); - 2 crawler dozers (with a foldable dozer blade of at least 4 m width); - 4 front loaders (with a bucket of at least 1.8 m3, liftable to at least 3.5 m height, equipped with pallet forks); - 4 front loaders (with a bucket of at least 3.5 m3, liftable to at least 3.5 m height, equipped with pallet forks); - 2 mini backhoe loaders (with a bucket of at least 0.3 m3, liftable to at least 2.5 m height, equipped with pallet forks, a 0.3 m3 grading bucket, and a concrete breaker); - 2 mini front loaders (with a bucket of at least 0.3 m3, liftable to at least 2.5 m height, equipped with pallet forks, a 0.3 m3 grading bucket, and a concrete breaker); - 2 road trailers (suitable for transport in a combination with a total weight of at least 40 t); - 4 trucks (rigid flatbed, suitable for transporting a total weight of 7.5 tons); - 2 road cranes (10-20 t.) - 2 road cranes (60-80 t.) - 2 road cranes (100-120 t.) - 2 vibratory rollers 1 t. (with vibration of at least 1 ton mass); - 4 vibratory rollers 2 t. (with vibration of at least 2 tons mass); - 2 vibratory rollers 5-10 t. (with vibration of at least 5 tons mass); - 2 forklift trucks (suitable for loads up to 1.5-3.0 tons); - 2 sweepers (with a broom at least 2 m wide); - 2 water bowsers (with a water tank of at least 3 m3); - 2 graders (machines equipped with an automatic leveling system suitable for mirror leveling); - 2 aerial work platforms (suitable for lifting personnel to heights of 14-28 m); - 2 scissor lifts (suitable for lifting personnel to heights of 18 m); - 4 plate compactors (plate width max. 40 cm); - 4 plate compactors (6-8 kW power); - 4 self-loading tipper trucks (suitable for transporting at least 8 tons of cargo) - 8 2-axle tipper trucks (suitable for transporting at least 5 tons of cargo) - 6 3-axle tipper trucks (suitable for transporting at least 10 tons of cargo) - 4 4-axle tipper trucks (suitable for transporting at least 13 tons of cargo) - 4 5-axle tipper trucks (suitable for transporting at least 20 tons of cargo) Tasks to be performed based on the technical description of the procurement document: - transportation of machines to the respective work site, performing work at the work site with operators provided by the tenderer, transportation between work sites from one location to another, including transportation costs and toll fees. - ensuring the continuous operational readiness of the machines (in case of malfunction of the assigned machine(s), the Contractor must ensure their repair within 8 hours; if this is not possible, a replacement machine must be provided) - machines must have valid permits in accordance with current regulations - continuous fuel supply for the machines - provision of qualified operating and relief personnel on any day of the week - fulfillment of potential additional requirements (fulfillment of potential additional requirements during occasional needs...
