Bread and bakery raw materials

The subject public procurement procedure is carried out by Budapest Főváros XIV. kerület Zugló Önkormányzata, as the authorized contracting authority acting on behalf of the Zugló Unified Nurseries and Budapest Főváros XIV. kerület Zugló Önkormányzata, joint contracting authorities, based on § 29 (2) of the Public Procurement Act. Within the scope of this procedure, food and cooking ingredients will be procured for the Zugló Unified Nurseries (parts 1-2) through purchase agreements for a period of 18 months (+ possibility of 6 months extension) from the effective date of the agreements, up to a total framework quantity of 33,470 kg / 85,425 pieces for part 1 (Bread and bakery raw materials). The contracting authority commits to drawing down 70% of the framework quantity (mandatory framework quantity to be exhausted). The contracting authority is not obliged to draw down the portion exceeding the mandatory framework quantity, but is entitled to do so at any time during the contract period. The quality and technical parameters of the goods shall be determined in accordance with Decree 152/2009. (XI.12) FVM on the mandatory provisions of the Hungarian Food Codex.
