Kyseessä on kokonaishankinta, eli hankintaa ei ole jaettu osiin. Hankinnan kohdetta koskevat tuotteet ja vaatimukset on kuvattu tarkemmin kohdassa "Hankinnan kohteen kriteerit" ja liitteessä 1. Tarjouslomake. Tilaajan tavoitteena on hankkia toimintavarma kokonaisratkaisu, joka sisältää kaikki sydämen EKG:n pitkäaikaisrekisteröinnin tarvittavat laitteet, tarvikkeet ja ohjelmistot. Kokonaisratkaisun hinnoittelun periaatteena on kuukausivuokra kts. tarkemmin liite 1. Tarjouslomake. Tarjoaja vastaa kokonaisratkaisun toimivuudesta ja käytettävyydestä sopimusehtojen mukaisesti (liitteet 2 ja 3). Hankittavien tuotteiden tulee olla turvallisia, luotettavia ja käyttötarkoitukseensa soveltuvia. Laitteiden ja ohjelmiston toimintavarmuus, käytettävyys, yhteensopivuus ja ylläpidettävyys ovat keskeisiä vaatimuksia. Sopimus on voimassa määräaikaisena neljä (4) vuotta, minkä jälkeen se on voimassa toistaiseksi. Tässä tarjouspyynnössä pyydettyjä tuotteita tulevat käyttämään HUS-yhtymän (HUS) eri toimipisteet mm. Helsingissä, Vantaalla, Lappeenrannassa ja Porvoossa. Holter rekisteröintejä tehdään n. 15 000kpl vuodessa. HUS arvioi tarjouspyynnön julkaisuhetkellä, että hankinnan yhteenlaskettu ennakoitu hankinta-arvo laskettuna neljälle (4) vuodelle on noin 620 000 euroa (alv 0 %). Kyse on arvioista eikä hankintayksikkö sitoudu ilmoitettuihin euromääriin tai tarjouspyynnössä ilmoitettuihin kulutusmääriin. Lopulliset tilausmäärät voivat olla ilmoitettua suurempia tai pienempiä.
