Keskiriskin painehaavapatjat Hankinnan kohteena ovat tarjouspyynnön mukaiset keskiriskin painehaavapatjat, eli patjat jotka soveltuu ja on tarkoitettu potilaille, joilla on Braden asteikon (liite 11) perusteella kohtalainen riski saada painehaava. Hankinta on jaettu neljään (4) osa-alueeseen:
- Osa-alue 1: Keskiriskin painehaavapatjat, ei reunatuettu
- Osa-alue 2: Keskiriskin painehaavapatjat painaville, ei reunatuettu
- Osa-alue 3: Keskiriskin painehaavapatjat, reunatuettu
- Osa-alue 4: Keskiriskin painehaavapatjat painaville, reunatuettu
Hankinnan kohteena olevia tuotteita tulevat tilaamaan ja käyttämään seuraavat hankintayksiköt:
- HUS-Yhtymä
- Kymenlaakson hyvinvointialue
- Keski-Uudenmaan hyvinvointialue
- Päijät-Hämeen hyvinvointialue
- Helsingin kaupunki
Tässä tarjouspyynnössä mukana olevista osapuolista käytetään jäljempänä lyhennettä Tilaaja.,
Lot 1: Keskiriskin painehaavapatjat
Hankinnan kohteena ovat tarjouspyynnön mukaiset keskiriskin painehaavapatjat, eli patjat jotka soveltuu ja on tarkoitettu potilaille, joilla on Braden asteikon (liite 11) perusteella kohtalainen riski saada painehaava. Hankinta on jaettu neljään (4) osa-alueeseen:
