Motor vehicle fleet insurance ARD 2027

The subject of the tender is the conclusion of a motor vehicle fleet insurance contract for the ARD. The contract includes third-party liability insurance for all vehicles of the policyholder. This includes registered own, leased, and acquired vehicles under retention of title, as well as rented motor vehicles, trailers, semi-trailers, machinery, and interchangeable superstructures of the policyholder and the co-insured companies, as well as all temporarily decommissioned vehicles. In addition, the insurer grants vehicle insurance cover for the policyholder's leased vehicles. This service is limited to vehicles used solely for passenger transport (e.g., cars). For vehicles not used solely for passenger transport (e.g., special vehicles such as transmission vehicles, but also trucks), vehicle insurance cover is provided under a separate contract. Furthermore, the insurer's services include third-party liability and vehicle insurance cover for officially used vehicles of employees of the insured companies, for third-party motor vehicles, and for permanent red license plates. The minimum term is one year and begins on 01.01.2027. The contract will then be tacitly extended by one year each if it is not terminated beforehand as agreed. The tender is being managed by NDR on behalf of the ARD with the participation of the following public broadcasting institutions and organizations, which will also become contracting parties: ARD ZDF Deutschlandradio Contribution Service, Arte Deutschland, Bayerischer Rundfunk, Deutsche Welle, Deutschlandradio, Hessischer Rundfunk, Mitteldeutscher Rundfunk, Norddeutscher Rundfunk, Radio Bremen, Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg, Saarländischer Rundfunk, Südwestrundfunk, Westdeutscher Rundfunk.
