Original language: fiPohjois-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue (myöhemmin Pohde) pyytää tarjoustanne kirurgisesta navigointilaitteistosta ENT,- trauma-, selkä- ja kallokirurgiaan tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankinnan kohteena on kirurginen navigointilaitteisto sekä ohjelmistot ENT,- trauma-, selkä-, ja kallokirurgiaan sekä siihen liittyvät tarvikkeet. Laitteiston osalta kyseessä on kertahankinta. Laitesidonnaisten tarvikkeiden, kulutustarvikkeiden, lisävarusteiden ja varaosien hinnat jatkuvat kahden vuoden määräajan jälkeen toistaiseksi voimassa olevina. Tilaaja päättää erikseen mahdollisesta huoltosopimuksesta ja sen laajuudesta takuuajan jälkeen. Hankintayksikkö valitsee yhden (1) Toimittajan hinnan perusteella. Tarvittava ja riittävä laatu varmistetaan pakottavilla vaatimuksilla. Hankinta on ehdollinen siten, että hankinta toteutetaan ja hankintasopimus tehdään, jos sille myönnetään riittävä määräraha vuoden 2026 talousarviossa. Jos hankinta toteutetaan, sopimuskauden aikana hyvinvointialue osoittaa määrärahat tämän hankintapäätöksen mukaisille hankinnoille kunakin vuonna erikseen. Hankintoja toteutetaan kunakin vuonna määrärahojen puitteissa. Jos määrärahaa ei jotakin vuotta koskien myönnetä lainkaan, ei hankintapäätöksen mukaisia hankintoja tuona vuotena tehdä.
