In case of a tie in the final evaluation score of the bids, the award will be made as follows: 1st by the highest score in the criterion of Offered Price. 2nd by the highest score in the criterion of Employment and Remuneration Conditions. 3rd by the highest score in the criterion of Bidder Experience. 4th by the highest score in the criterion of Contractual Performance. 5th by the highest score in the criterion of Inclusion Policy. 6th by the highest score in the criterion of Integrity Pact. 7th by the highest score in the criterion of Collective Agreements. If the score tie persists between two or more offers, the award will be given to the bidder who first submitted the offer to the portal www.mercadopublico.cl. Each bidder, at the time of applying, must be registered in the State supplier registry, otherwise their offer will be inadmissible. In the case of awardees of a Temporary Union of Suppliers, each member must be registered in the State supplier registry, otherwise their offer will be inadmissible. Notwithstanding the foregoing, offers from Bidders who are disqualified from contracting with the Entities, as indicated in article 58, paragraph 7 of the Regulation of Law 19.886, may not be awarded, the same regulation adds that it is the responsibility of the Entities to contract with qualified suppliers in the Supplier Registry managed by the Directorate of Purchases, as stipulated in article 120, paragraph 3 of the Regulation of Law 19.886.
