Purchase of Winter Services for the Culture Administration Oslo Municipality Oslo Municipality, through the Culture Administration, invites to an open tender competition in connection with the purchase of Winter Services. Oslo Municipality is one of Norway's largest employers with approx. 50,000 employees and an annual budget of approx. NOK 90 billion. The Culture Administration is Oslo Municipality's specialist agency for art and culture. We facilitate a varied and diverse cultural offering in Oslo. We facilitate cultural space needs and administer the rental of studios and premises, grants and subsidies for art and cultural initiatives, holiday camps, voluntary youth organizations, and voluntary music life. Our event office advises Oslo's event organizers and acts as a link between the event sector and the municipality's operations. In addition, we manage Oslo Municipality's art collection and art scheme. The administration also includes the Oslo City Archives, Oslo Culture Night, Oslo School of Arts, Oslo Ladegård, Rommen Scene, Voldsløkka Scene, Vigeland Museum, the art in Vigeland Park, and The Rehearsal Hotel. The Culture Administration manages several cultural properties where good access to the buildings is required in winter. In addition, the water feature in the Medieval Park is included. Snow plowing when snowfall exceeds 5 cm, gritting, salting as needed, and subsequent spring cleaning (removal of sand, litter, etc. after winter). If the supplier finds that the tender documents do not provide sufficient guidance, additional information may be requested in writing. If errors are discovered in the tender documents, please communicate them in writing.
