A Semmelweis Egyetem KKT összekötő folyosójának energiahatékonysági fejlesztésének kivitelezési munkái. A beruházás célja az energiamegtakarítás, illetve a biztonságos működtetés. A beruházás az energiahatékonyság növelés célú felújításra, korszerűsítésre irányul. A folyosó a 36177/1 helyrajzi számú ingatlanon fekszik, melyen több műemléki védettséggel rendelkező épület áll; azonban maga az összekötő folyosó nem védett örökségi érték. Épület nettó alapterülete összesen: 657,92 m2 Elvégzendő feladatok: A tervezett kivitelezési munkákat az intézmény folyamatos működése mellett szükséges elvégezni, a Megrendelővel egyeztetett módon. A) Építészet: - árkádfödém alsó oldali hőszigetelése függesztett 12 cm vastag szendvicspanel szerkezettel, - könnyűszerkezetes fal/tetőszerkezet belső oldali hőszigetelése 15 cm vastag kőzetgyapot hőszigeteléssel, párazáró fóliával és gipszkartonnal burkolva, - meglévő nyílászárók cseréje korszerű háromrétegű, argongáztöltetes üvegezésű, fém keretes ablakokra, - a konyha és az étterem előterének leválasztása a közlekedő folyosó terétől; - belső PVC padlóburkolat készítése, - sávos álmennyezet készítése; . Az energetikai felújítás során az emeleti folyosó meglévő kiselemes réz homlokzatburkolata megtartandó; szükség szerinti javítása, pótlása tervezett. A meglévő homlokzati műanyag, illetve fa nyílászárók bontandók kompletten. Rögzítési megoldásuk feltárandó. A részletes műszaki leírást/terveket és az árazatlan költségvetést a műszaki dokumentáció tartalmazza. Ajánlatkérő a 321/2015. (X. 30.)
