Inwoners van onze gemeente komen bij ons voor ondersteuning omdat zij niet direct aan het werk kunnen. Ben jij op zoek naar een baan waarbij je deze inwoners kunt helpen? Als klantmanager inkomen lever je maatwerk, waarmee jij ervoor zorgt dat mensen weer op eigen benen kunnen staan ?n meedoen in de maatschappij. Je beschikt over goede rekenvaardigheid en juridische kennis, maar je bent je ook bezig met het sociale aspect. Dit is de functie Jij bent d? professional die alles weet over aanvragen voor levensonderhoud binnen de Participatiewet en IOAW. Je voert taken uit die betrekking hebben op het beoordelen en afhandelen van aanvragen en mutaties in het kader van de Participatiewet en IOAW. Jij kunt binnen de kaders van de wet- en regelgeving - als het nodig is - maatwerk leveren. De werkzaamheden houden in dat je persoonlijk contact hebt met (kwetsbare) inwoners tijdens de aanvraag- en onderzoeksfase en aanvragen levensonderhoud. Je geeft voorlichting en je kunt inwoners ? als dit nodig is - doorverwijzen naar gespecialiseerde hulpverleningsinstanties. Je onderzoekt, adviseert en stelt rapportages en beschikkingen op betreffende (voortzetting van) uitkeringen en/of voorzieningen. Regelmatig stem je daarbij af met de klantmanager participatie. Je hebt een belangrijke signalerende functie naar je directe collega?s van het cluster. Je draagt zorg voor de kwaliteit van onderzoeken. Je brengt zelfstandig rapportages en adviezen uit over de rechtmatigheid van uitkeringen aan inwoners. Je komt in een enthousiast en gedreven team, waarin de samenwerking en onderlinge betrokkenheid groot is. Het team Participatie bestaat naast de teamleider en klantmanagers inkomen uit: klantmanagers participatie, klantmanagers inburgering, medewerkers (uitkering)administratie en terugvordering en de medewerkers preventie en handhaving.
