Deze inhuuropdracht is niet geschikt voor een ZZP-er in het kader van de wet DBA. Ingeschreven ZZP-ers (ook met tussenkomst van een bureau) worden niet meegenomen tijdens de beoordeling van de offertes. Als klantmanager inkomen voer je intakegesprekken en beoordeel je aanvragen in het kader van de Participatiewet, van melding tot en met de beschikking. Dit kan gaan om aanvragen voor algemene bijstand, bijzondere bijstand, individuele inkomenstoeslag en studietoeslag. Je beheert je eigen bestand en je bent het aanspreekpunt voor je klanten op het gebied van uitkeringen. Dit houdt in dat je zelfstandig de planning en afwerking van onderzoeken en aanvragen regelt en de daarbij behorende termijnen bewaakt. Daarnaast voer je heronderzoeken uit en rapporteer je inzake terugvordering en verhaal. Je voert baliegesprekken, vraagt gegevens op, maakt onderzoekrapportages en beschikkingen. Je stemt af en draagt zorg voor de uitvoering van afspraken met klanten en bewaakt de voortgang van zowel interne als externe procedures. Je geeft voorlichting, advies en informatie op het gebied van de Participatiewet en aanverwante regelingen. Daarnaast ben je alert op misbruik en lever je samen met de medewerker handhaving een bijdrage in de bestrijding hiervan.
