Wat ga je doen in de functie? Als gespreksvoerder Participatie Werk en Inkomen ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van de Participatiewet. In deze brede functie, voer je de regie over je eigen caseload met klanten. We zoeken specifiek iemand met affiniteit en ervaring in Inburgering. Werk Je bent actief bij het realiseren van de doelstelling om zoveel mogelijk uitstroom te bevorderen. Via intensieve individuele trajectbegeleiding werk je met de klanten toe naar regulier werk of opleiding. Je voert intakegesprekken met de statushouders om de startpositie en de ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden van de kandidaat in kaart te brengen en faciliteert ze bij het in gang zetten van de noodzakelijke stappen. Je houdt je bezig met het opstellen van PIP?s en voert deze zoveel mogelijk puntsgewijs uit. Je legt en onderhoudt contact met alle ketenpartners die betrokken zijn bij de inburgering, denk aan taalscholen en re-integratiebedrijven. Verder weet je de verschillende activerings- en participatietrajecten zo in te zetten dat ze een bijdrage leveren aan een succesvol traject. Je stelt beschikkingen en rapportages op.
