Aus der Schaltanlage =7C1 werden die Vorklärung I, Vorklärung II, das Eigenabwasserpumpwerk und das Mischschlammpumpwerk mit elektrischer Energie versorgt. Die Schaltanlage ist im elektrischen Betriebsraum des Gebäudes "Sammelpumpwerk" aufgebaut.
Aus der Schaltanlage =7C2 werden Bereiche der Nachklärung und große Teile der Biologie des Reinigungsblocks B mit elektrischer Energie versorgt. Die Schaltanlage ist im elektrischen Betriebsraum "Schalthaus Ost" aufgebaut.
Die vorhandenen Schaltanlagen =7C1 und =7C2 wurden Anfang der 1980er Jahren errichtet und haben demzufolge ein Alter von ca. 40 Jahren erreicht. Außerdem wurden die Schaltanlagen vom Hersteller abgekündigt; d.h. Ersatzteile sind nur noch eingeschränkt oder gar nicht mehr verfügbar.
Die Schaltanlagen =7C1 und =7C2 sind im laufenden Betrieb unter Aufrechterhaltung des Klärwerksbetriebs komplett zu erneuern. Es ist deshalb erforderlich, während der Bauzeit Provisorien zu errichten.
Im Zusammenhang mit der Erneuerung der Schaltanlagen =7C1 und =7C2 sind Umbauarbeiten an den auma-Antrieben im Versorgungsbereich der Schaltanlagen erforderlich. Die Schieberantriebe sollen so ertüchtigt werden, dass sie über Profibus DP an das Prozessleitsystem angebunden werden können.
Die neuen Schaltanlagen und Schieberantriebe sind über Profibus DP an das Prozessleitsystem anzubinden.
