Classrooms ZŠ Švermova – furniture

The subject of the performance of this public contract is the supply of new (unused) interior furnishings for the newly reconstructed pavilion "C" of the ZŠ Švermova building (this concerns the spaces of the former swimming pool). It concerns standard equipment for classrooms for primary school pupils and cabinets (desks, chairs, benches, wardrobes, etc.). The description of the required equipment is provided in appendix no. 6 of this tender documentation – bill of quantities. The supplied interior furnishings must be new and unused, comply with the requirements of Act no. 22/1997 Coll., on technical requirements for products and on amendments and additions to certain acts, as amended, and must be in accordance with all valid legal regulations and technical standards relating to interior furnishings. The interior furnishings will be placed according to the project documentation at the stage of documentation for construction (see appendix no. 5 of the tender documentation). The subject of performance includes the handover of all documents necessary for the handling of products and their proper use (especially warranty certificates). The subject of performance also includes transport to the place of performance, installation, assembly, and performance of other actions necessary for the products to fulfill their agreed or usual purpose in the places of use. The subject of performance also includes warranty service during the warranty period. The subject of performance also includes the removal and disposal of all packaging and other materials used in the performance of the contract. All activities related to the subject of performance are specified in more detail in the draft purchase agreement, in the bill of quantities, and in the project documentation (see appendices no. 3, 5, and 6 of the tender documentation).
