Knackstop Storage Facility Tender Contracting authority: Land Transport Authority Procurement category: Services ⇒ Professional Services Procurement type: Services Procurement nature: Non Period Contract Procurement method: Open Tender Lite Remarks: EligibilityInvitation to Tender specifies evaluation criteria in terms of the financial grade and Workhead required for registration with any Government Registration Authority ('GRA'), namely the Ministry of Finance or the Building and Construction Authority.Critical CriteriaRegistration with GeBIZ and compliance with the criterion set out below are critical criteria for this Invitation to Tender. Any Tenderer that fails to meet the critical criteria will be disqualified and its Tender will NOT be considered.The Tenderer must provide a secure and segregated warehouse space. Failure to do so will result in disqualification and its Tender will NOT be considered. Access to the warehouse space shall be strictly restricted to the Tenderer's authorised staff and Authority's personnel only. Other clients or tenants of the Tenderer shall not be permitted access to the warehouse space.Evaluation CriteriaTenderers shall note that in addition to compliance with the Authority's requirements, a single-envelope quantitative evaluation method will be used for this tender. A Price-Quality ratio of 60:40 will be adopted, with the Price and Quality components carrying 60% and 40% of the total evaluation weightings respectively.Please refer to Page EC-1 & 2 of Evaluation Criteria.SubmissionTender submission outside of GeBIZ will not be accepted. The bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender.
