Maintenance of Kobit manufactured equipment

Based on a framework agreement, the maintenance, repair, and spare parts supply of asphalt containers, pothole patching adapters, and emulsion tanks owned by Magyar Közút Nonprofit Zrt. (contracting authority) at its workshops. Planned: Maintenance, repair, and spare parts supply for 66 units (+/- 4 units) of Kobit manufactured pothole patching equipment, emulsion tanks, and emulsion sprayers. The quantities listed above are subject to continuous change and do not include equipment to be procured in future years or equipment to be decommissioned in the upcoming period. The tenderer must consider that if future procured equipment is of the same make as that covered by the tender, they must also undertake the repair of such equipment. Individual orders can be placed until the net framework amount (net HUF 50,000,000) is exhausted, but no later than 12 months from the contract's effective date. The detailed scope of work is included in the technical specification for public procurement and the draft contract. The contracting authority undertakes to call off 70% of the net framework amount. Within the scope of the contract, the tenderer must perform at least the following tasks (services) regarding the equipment: • comprehensive condition assessment, fault finding, determination, price quotation preparation, spare parts supply; • performance of prescribed services based on general, factory, periodic, or experience-based specifications; • performance of general maintenance tasks; • in case of any repair, the tenderer must perform a full inspection of the equipment to be repaired, notify the colleague at the respective workshop of any detected faults, and record them on the work order issued at the end of the repair; • upon completion of the work, prepare a price quotation for other remarks recorded on the work order and for faults discovered during the process within 2 working days. The price quotation must be sent to the contracting authority in a verifiable manner (e-mail); • comprehensive maintenance, inspection, adjustment, fault rectification, renovation based on individual orders; • complete repair, spare parts supply from stock; • general metal structure repairs; • fault detection, repair, and replacement of main and auxiliary units (the contracting authority defines: the main unit(s) of the system ensure basic operation, while auxiliary units perform supplementary or support functions); • complete repair and fault rectification of the electrical system; • complete repair and fault rectification of the hydraulic system; • complete repair and fault rectification of the heating system, including official inspection and certification if necessary; • spare parts supply independent of repairs; • application or replacement of occupational safety and other pictograms/signs/stickers; • ad-hoc fault repair; • general assembly processes, repairs, spare parts replacement; • performance/commissioning of structural and other inspections. The contracting authority requires the winning tenderer to have at least 1 repair workshop with the equipment detailed in the technical description throughout the entire contract period.
