Test Operations Services in the Manufacturing Environment for Fiber Products and in the Research Environment for Low-Carbon Energy

This procurement covers test operations and measurement work, along with expert services for test operations, to be conducted at VTT's Jyväskylä site and other work locations. The expert services will be utilized in the manufacturing environment for fiber products, in research activities related to low-carbon energy, and in carbon dioxide capture processes. The selected supplier must also be capable of providing services mentioned in Annex 1 at other VTT sites and work locations on an occasional basis. Crucially, the supplier must nominate separate individuals for two distinct roles, as these services may be required simultaneously. The first role is for an individual responsible for test equipment design for the equipment environments of fiber products and low-carbon energy research devices. The second role is for an experimental worker in low-carbon energy research activities, including expert resources related to this subject area. VTT seeks a qualified partner to support its advanced research and development activities through specialized testing and expert consultation.
